Current Opportunities
We are actively seeking qualified individuals for the following roles in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist
Work alongside adults with developmental disabilities who live in their family home to identify their needs and coordinate individualized supports and resources. Partner with individuals and their families to navigate services, develop skills, access community and generic resources, coordinate appointments and transportation, identify backup supports, and plan for future needs while respecting each individual's choices, preferences, culture, and goals.
Independent Living Services (ILS) Trainer
Work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities to develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Provide individualized training and support in areas such as budgeting and money management, meal planning and preparation, household responsibilities, personal care, transportation, accessing community resources, scheduling appointments, and community participation. Help each individual build confidence, strengthen everyday living skills, and work toward their personal goals and greater independence.
Supported Living Services (SLS) Support Worker
Provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. Work alongside each individual to maintain their independence and manage everyday life, including household routines, personal care, appointments, transportation, community participation, health and safety, and other needs identified in their individual support plan. Support each person in making their own choices, building skills, and living the life they choose in their home and community.
